I. PAYMENT
Full PAYMENT of invoice must be completed after sketches. All prices are in $USD. All payments to be made via PayPal only. If you want to jump the queue, there is a RUSH fee of 100% your commission. No refunds after commission has started.
II. Process
Initial requests for commissions are to be made through Discord (DM Kiitarie) or via the contact page of this site
STAGES of commission: SKETCH > OUTLINE > FLAT COLOUR > RENDERED COMPLETE
III. revisions
Please be as detailed as possible when making a commission request. Unlimited revisions are allowed ONLY during the "sketch" phase. Color changes during the "flat color" stage are welcome.
IV. time frame
The average wait time on the list is 3 months. The average turnaround time for commissioned work is 2 weeks, however this may vary depending on my own individual schedule, your place within the queue and the volume of work being requested. Please be sure to check for messages regularly. If you are unresponsive, I will move ahead in the queue.
**With any rushed orders, I expect prompt replies. I will not be held responsible/liable for any late commissions if there is no reply to my messages within a 24 hour period.
V. terms of commission
please be mindful of the processing time. I don't work on commissions every day. Tuesday and Wednesday are currently my days off and will stay that way.
I maintain the right to decline a commission for any reason.
please consider my own style. you are giving me the ability to draw your commission in my own art style. i will not change my art style to accommodate for your commission.
vi. terms of use
all commissions may only be utilized for personal use only - no emotes or artwork may be used for profit-merchandise (ie. shirts, stickers, mugs, etc.) unless previously discussed or otherwise stated. additional costs will apply to purchase commercial rights. this fee will vary.
all commissioned artwork is able to be displayed on my social media platforms and website. please give me proper credit as the artist by leaving a link to my twitter or website when reposting my work.
please do not edit my work without my explicit permission.
vii. refund/cancellation
you may cancel off the waitlist at any time. you may only cancel the order if I have not started. payment will be refunded via PayPal. if commission has started, no refunds will be issued.
viii. customer satisfaction
i will do everything I can to make my customers happy. however after a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. such as, small coloring or marking mistakes.
ix. customer inactivity
If after starting your piece, I reach out to you repeatedly about questions but receive no response, this hinders my forward progress. Your commission will remain in the queue but you will be skipped until the next job in line is completed. Failure to respond again will result in your commission being archived and your removal from the list until the commission is requested again.
